Opening for business in 1999, this facility represents the state of the art in vehicle sales, repair and outdoor display. The project was completed on an extremely tight schedule to the satisfaction of both the owner and general contractor.

500 Linden Oaks Office Park
Pittsford, NY

The seventh in a series of Class A office buildings for Gianniny Associates, 500 Linden Oaks is a 75,000 sq. ft. 3-story facility. To date, Sumner Leigh Systems has participated in over 500,000 sq. ft. of office buildout and renovation at Linden Oaks Office Park.

Susan B. Anthony Home
Rochester, NY

In 1998 the Susan B. Anthony Visitor Center was completed. The work involved an addition and renovations to a building listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The project demonstrates Sumner Leigh Systems' ability to carefully complete a small scale project requiring sensitivity and high quality.

Marriot Residence Inn
Greece, NY

Completed in October 1998, this 72,000 sq. ft. project houses 90 apartment-like suites for long term visitors. Our work included fire alarm, temperature control wiring and site lighting as well as complete building electrical.

Morris Rosenbloom, Co.
Macedon, NY

Completed in 1998, this project involved 100,000 sq. ft. of new warehouse, shipping, and office space. Extensive high-bay lighting utilizing Reloc modular wiring was installed.

The Grandin Building
Palmyra, NY

Completed in 1998, this project represents a complete rehabilitation of an 18th century village commercial building. The Grandin Building is the site of the initial printing of The Book of Mormon. It now serves as a museum for the Church of Latter Day Saints.
